Leading with Confidence and Connection Group Coaching Program
WEST’s newest program offers practical leadership development with a focus on building on your unique strengths and talents. This cohort is designed for those who want to grow their leadership skills in a supportive environment alongside others who are navigating similar challenges. If you are ready to lead with more clarity, confidence, and connection, this program gives you the space to reflect, learn, and practice in community.
Six Session Topic Goals:
- Enhance Self-Leadership: Develop a deeper understanding of your leadership style, strengths, and patterns.
- Increase Your Influence: Build the tools to strengthen your voice and expand your impact within your organization and beyond.
- Strengthen Your Emotional Intelligence: Recognize emotional patterns and triggers so you can respond with greater intention.
- Build Confidence in Difficult Conversations: Strengthen your ability to navigate challenging conversations with clarity and confidence.
- Achieve Clearer Decision Making: Learn strategies to make thoughtful, effective decisions with more confidence.
- Improve Mentoring and Team Engagement: Grow your ability to support others and foster a more connected, motivated team.
Program Format:
- One 30-minute Kickoff Session: Sets the foundation for the cohort by building connection, establishing shared norms, clarifying expectations, and preparing participants to learn from and support one another.
- Six 90-minute Sessions with ICF Certified Coaches: Participate in live virtual group learning that includes coaching, reflection, action planning, and integration support. Each session is designed to help you connect with others, engage with the content, reflect on your own leadership, and leave with clear next steps.

Cost: Members: $500; Non-Members: $650 Your employer may offer professional development funding to support your participation
