Taster Session: Lead with More Clarity, Confidence, and Connection

WEST is hosting a 45-minute virtual taster session for our new Leading with Confidence and Connection Group Coaching Program. This interactive session is designed for women in STEM and STEM-adjacent roles who want to lead with more clarity, confidence, and connection.

During the session, participants will:

• Reflect on one current leadership situation
• Identify a leadership pattern that may be getting in the way
• Practice coaching-style questions in small breakout groups
• Leave with one practical next step
• Experience the supportive cohort-style format of the full program
