WEST Dynamic Pod Mentoring - Confidentiality 

• All members of the program agree to keep confidential the specifics of discussions between mentor/mentee/fellow mentee, unless given permission to share this information with others. 
  
  

• Members of the program are encouraged to discuss any concerns they have about their mentoring experience with the Mentoring Program Coordinator. The Mentoring Program Coordinator will maintain confidentiality unless a breach of confidentiality is necessary to maintain someone’s personal safety.
