WEST Executive Peer Circles

The WEST Executive Peer Circles are high-impact groups designed to bring together local, executive leaders to engage in meaningful discussions, share insights, and offer mutual support. Each circle includes up to 8 VP and C-suite women and is matched with a Circle Moderator, a seasoned executive coach with deep experience in supporting executive leaders. The circles aim to meet once per month for 1.5 hours virtually from April through November, and additionally, an in-person all-circle networking event will be held in the fall to foster further connection. Designed for those interested in accessing fresh perspectives on challenges, refining leadership strategies, and mutually supporting other women leaders.
