The Many Lanes of Biopharma

Started your career in R&D and wondering what other paths might be possible? Or curious about where your scientific training can take you beyond the bench?

Join Soufflé Therapeutics and WEST for a panel conversation with industry professionals who began in R&D and have since moved into diverse areas such as Medical Affairs, CMC, and Regulatory Affairs. Hear how they made the transition, what skills carried over, what they learned along the way, and what they wish they had known earlier.

Whether you're happy at the bench, considering a career pivot, or simply curious about the many paths within biopharma, this conversation will offer practical insights and inspiration for navigating your career.
