Pallavi Srivastava is a leadership coach, author, and founder of The Wellbeing Ways. She helps leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and resilience—creating success that’s both meaningful and sustainable. With 20 years of experience spanning journalism, workplace well-being, and leadership development, Pallavi brings a rare ability to meet clients at the intersection of performance and humanity. She also serves as Head of Operations at nOhm Devices, a deep tech startup, and sits on the Board of WEST (Women in Enterprise of Science & Technology). Pallavi is the author of Relationship with the Self and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the ICF and an MBA.

Dr. Jenn Felsted-Knight is a certified coach and career strategist who partners with technical professionals and leaders to accelerate leadership development and career advancement. Her practical, results-focused approach integrates neuroscience insights with proven coaching frameworks. Dr. Felsted-Knight understands firsthand the challenges STEM professionals face in high-pressure environments, having spent 17 years as a scientist herself. She specializes in coaching clients during the critical transition from individual contributor to strategic leader, equipping them with the leadership presence, communication skills, and strategic thinking needed to amplify their impact. Dr. Felsted-Knight earned her Ph.D. from Tufts University in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition, with a concentration in Neuroscience, and a B.S. from the University of Connecticut in Physiology & Neurobiology and Psychology.
