About the Panelists Thanh Erion is a patent attorney in the biotechnology industry with over a decade of experience spanning senior in-house leadership positions and private law firm practice. She is currently Senior Counsel, Intellectual Property at AbbVie Inc. Prior to joining AbbVie, Thanh was Senior Director of IP at ImmunoGen, Inc. where she managed all intellectual property matters related to ImmunoGen's linker-payload platform technologies, preclinical and clinical-stage programs, and successful launch of ELAHERE, the first antibody-drug conjugate for ovarian cancer. Thanh holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Outside of work, Thanh enjoys baking and traveling the world with her husband and two teenagers. Srividya (Vidya) is General Counsel (GC) at Soufflé Therapeutics, where she leads all aspects of Soufflé's legal function, including intellectual property, strategic transactions and partnerships, corporate financings, intellectual property, corporate governance, employment matters, and business contracting. Vidya's career has spanned roles of increasing legal responsibility and breadth—from over a decade advising biotech clients at Nixon Peabody, to in-house positions at Compass Therapeutics and Ikena Oncology, to her current role as GC. She holds a JD from Suffolk Law and a PhD in Immunology from UT Southwestern.
