2025 Inspirational Heroes List

In 2025, WEST will proudly celebrate 25 years of empowering women in science, technology, and beyond. As we reflect on a quarter-century of impact, we’re inviting our community to be part of this milestone in a meaningful way. With a donation of $100 or more, you’ll not only support WEST’s mission—you’ll also have the opportunity to honor someone who inspires you. Whether it’s a mentor, a colleague, a friend, or a changemaker, we want to hear whose light has guided you. Let’s celebrate 25 years of impact—by lifting up the people who helped shape our journeys.
