About the Speaker - Nancy McCabe

Big Shifts define Nancy's career. Prior to founding The Big Shift and making the transition to transformational coaching and speaking in 2007, she enjoyed success in marketing and product management within the technology sector before leading a national team of entrepreneurs in an international direct marketing company. Nancy holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and is certified by the ICF in positive psychology coaching. In addition to her professional work, she is a trainer and mentor for Latino professionals through Conexion. Based in Boston, MA, Nancy continues to inspire and guide individuals and teams to harness their superpowers and achieve outstanding results.
