As Executive Director of Portal Innovations Boston, she supports early-stage life sciences ventures with capital, business expertise, and operational resources. An MIT graduate with an M.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, Tatiana also serves on biopharma-focused boards, advises startups, and mentors emerging leaders. She serves in the Women’s Foundation of Boston Advisory Council and is Board Member and Committee Chair with Latinos in Bio. In 2025, Tatiana was named to The BLOC100, recognizing the 100 most impactful women and allies shaping the future of healthcare nationally.
