Finding Peace Through Stress

The Work of Byron Katie is a simple yet powerful tool for self-inquiry. The Work is a meditative process for identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause stress in your life. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the Work, work with certified facilitators to guide you in putting your stressful thoughts on paper, and see firsthand how the four questions and turnarounds can free you from limiting beliefs.

Join us to learn how to bring fresh perspectives to relationships, work, finances, etc. Bring your judgments about parents, partners, children, work, the world, etc., and experience the power and simplicity of The Work. It is accessible to all ages and backgrounds, only requiring an open mind and a willingness to question. Participants will have continued access to free resources and live events for your continued support.

Through its international recognition, The Work, also known as Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction (IBSR) has been the subject of numerous studies and has been cited in clinical, psychology, and scientific journals.
