Linda Rossetti is the executive director of The Transition Institute, LLC, a consultancy focused on individual and organizational transformation. She is in expert on transitions in adult lives and is the author of the 5-star rated Amazon top-seller, Women & Transition: reinventing work and life. She hosts the podcast Destination Unknown. Linda has served in executive leadership role in diverse environments, from venture funded start-ups to the global Fortune 500. She served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM), $3.5Bn global digital records management leader. She was also CEO of EMaven, Inc., a venture capital backed technology company focused on business transformation that was acquired by Perot Systems now DELL/EMC. Her background includes extensive for-profit and not-for-profit Board service.
