How to be Inclusive when Differences are Less Visible

Diversity and inclusion strengthen organizations by bringing a variety of perspectives that reflect individual strengths to collectively generate better ideas. Join WEST and Ipsen for a panel discussion on advancing inclusion when differences are less visible. Panelists will share insights about various less visible dimensions including and not limited to physical, sensory and chronic health conditions, mental health, thinking stylesvalues, LGBTQ+, and more. The discussion will deepen your interest in and raise awareness of the less-visible or invisible (but no less widespread) aspects of diversity. The panelists will share experiences and suggestions for what organizations can do to be inclusive of these kinds of differences including ensuring psychological safety and an inclusive company culture.
