Easing Anxiety in the New Work Environment with Self-Care

As more people are transitioning back to the office, join us to explore your complex feelings and discuss tips for navigating the new work environment. During the event, we will watch short video clips and share our experiences in breakout rooms. We will also learn some self-care tips to help us manage potential stress and anxiety that lie ahead. Kim Meninger will facilitate the discussion.
