Building Trust in Your Team

There are so many conversations we can have about trust. How can teams increase effectiveness through building trust? What skills are needed to build trust? What about virtual teams? During this session with Laurie Bohn, you will engage in an interactive, virtual dialogue about building trust within your team and across your network.

PRESENTER

An experienced Human Resources and Learning and Development practitioner focused on employee, team and leadership development, Laurie Bohn’s excitement emerges when she provides advice, guidance and learning solutions that lead to improved team dynamics. Laurie has 15 years of experience in both HR Business Partnering and Learning and Development consultation across multiple industries (Pharma/biotech and Financial Services). Laurie has a B.A in Psychology from McGill University, and an MBA from Boston University. In addition, Laurie is a licenced Insights Discovery practitioner, certified Talent Optimization Leader with the Predictive Index, and has the SPHR credential from the HRCI.
