Leading from Home with Mindfulness: Strategies for Stress Resilience in an Online Workplace

This hands on session led by Sarah Stuart, CEO and top mindfulness instructor at Really Mindful Group, is equally appropriate for beginners to mindfulness-based strategies and for experienced practitioners. Participants will come away with a clear understanding of what mindfulness is, the breadth of scientific research supporting it and how various techniques can be used to help navigate and lead through stress. The workshop will include several short, guided mindfulness practices that can be used at work and in everyday life. Participants will leave the session with simple, clear take aways that they can start to experiment with in the laboratory of their lives the moment they leave the session. See Sarah’s website, www.reallymindfulgroup.com for more information about mindfulness and her corporate trainings, including workshops, guided meditations and small group and one on one coaching, all of which are also available online as webinars. Sarah is generously providing this training free of charge.
