Your Career is Your Business. Own It!
#WESTcareer

In our fast-paced, overstimulated world, it’s difficult to be purposeful and intentional about how we manage our careers. When we are not intentional, however, we rely on others to guide our careers, which may not align with our own values and goals. We may also have unrealistic expectations of the support others will provide.

While supportive managers and mentors are valuable resources, to maximize our success, we must empower ourselves to drive our own careers. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Clarify your strengths, values and career direction
  • Leverage your strengths and expertise to lead from where you are
  • Develop a clear and actionable career plan
  • Build influential relationships that can help you achieve your goals
  • Advocate for yourself in preparation for new opportunities
