Does it sometimes feel overwhelming? In this workshop we will explore the complexities of these demands and strategies for more effectively flexing from one arena to the next. Using an experiential exercise as a platform, we will cover managing up, down and across, effective delegation, streamlining communications, and time and energy management structures and tips - all in the interest of giving you more core hour work time to do your most value add work!
