Building Reciprocal Relationships To Propel Your Career

This workshop is designed to help you shift the way you think about networking. We reframe networking into building reciprocal relationships. We will look at how you understand your value, how your translate that value to others and how you work with others - both internally and externally - to give and receive help and widen your connections. You will leave the workshop with actions that you can implement the following day at work.
