Scroll to find your next event or two! jan23 Executive Peer Circles Application Deadline The WEST Executive Peer Circles are high-impact groups that bring together local executive women leaders for meaningful discussion, insight-sharing, and mutual support. Open to VP and C-suite–level participants, each circle includes up to eight women at similar career stages and a Circle Moderator, an experienced executive coach skilled in supporting senior leaders. Circles meet virtually once a month for 1.5 hours from April through November. In addition, all circles gather for an in-person fall networking event designed to deepen connection and community. This program is ideal for women executives seeking fresh perspectives on their challenges, opportunities to refine leadership strategies, and a trusted space for mutual support among peers.
