WORKSHOP: 'PROJECT MANAGEMENT 101' Thursday, March 4 5:30pm-9:00pm One Main Street, Cambridge MA In this interactive, participatory workshop, you will learn the techniques and tools successful program managers have used to align and organize their teams, track projects, and provide senior management visibility to project progress. From simple timelines to responsibility matrices to strategies for financial planning, you will learn key techniques and how to best implement them in order to ensure success for your projects.
