Ground Floor Conference Room: The Conference Room has its own separate entrance to the street, and is as close to the river as you can get on the ground floor of the building. To get there, go outside the main entrance of the building, and walk towards the river. The next door you come to is the Ground Floor Conference Room.

Lando & Anastasi 10th Floor Conference Room: Go in through the main entrance. Take the elevators to the 10th floor. The conference room is through the first door on the side closest to Main St.

FROM THE SUBWAY

Red line to the Kendall/MIT stop. Follow Main Street exit out of station. Once on Main Street walk towards Boston and the Longfellow Bridge. Cross Broadway at the globe fountain where Main Street meets Broadway. Walk down Main towards the river. Riverfront Office Park is the last set of buildings on left before crossing the Longfellow Bridge.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Riverfront Office Park is located at the foot of the historic Longfellow ("salt and pepper shakers") Bridge across from the Charles River.

From Downtown Boston
Proceed to Cambridge Street, passing Mass General Hospital on the right. At first set of lights remain straight and proceed over the Longfellow Bridge. Riverfront Office Park is the first set of red brick buildings on the right as you come over the bridge.  There are sometimes metered parking spots (free after 6pm) available in front of the building on Main St., or see additional parking information below.

From the Southeast Expressway
Take the Storrow Drive/Cambridge exit. Follow Storrow Drive to the first exit, Kendall Square exit (on left). At the end of the exit bear right off ramp and proceed over the Longfellow Bridge. Riverfront Office Park is the first set of red brick buildings on the right as you come over the bridge.  There are sometimes metered parking spots (free after 6pm) available in front of the building on Main St., or see additional parking information below.

From the West (Mass Turnpike)
Take the Cambridge/Allston exit. At the first set of lights take a right onto Storrow Drive heading towards Boston. Follow Storrow Drive to the Kendall Square exit staying in the far left lane at light. At rotary bear sharp left proceeding to next traffic light. Take another sharp left following sign "Longfellow Bridge to Cambridge" and proceed straight over the Longfellow Bridge. Riverfront Office Park is the first set of red brick buildings on the right over the bridge.  There are sometimes metered parking spots (free after 6pm) available in front of the building on Main St., or see additional parking information below.

From Memorial Drive West
Bear right approaching Kendall Square. Take a left at Kendall Square sign. Take left onto 3rd Street.  There are sometimes metered parking spots on 3rd Street (free after 6pm), or see additional parking information below.

Parking 
Parking in the Riverfront Office Park building is for tenants only.  There is on-street, metered parking (free after 6pm) on Main St. in front of the building (which is a one-way street), or on 3rd Street.  Also, MIT parking lots are free after 5pm.  As you proceed past the Riverfront Office Park building on the right, Main St. turns into Broadway.  The closest garage is located at One Broadway (at the corner of Broadway and 3rd St.).  The evening parking rate is $5 (4pm - close at 10pm).  The Kendall Square garage is located at 350 3rd St. (3rd and Potter Streets) and has an evening rate of $7 after 4pm.  Parking rates are as of March 2010 and are subject to change.
